On the afternoon of Dec. 23, the CPAPD Deputy Secretary General Dr. Tao Tao met with Mr. Bhaskar Koirala, President of Nepal Institute for International and Strategic Studies, exchanging views on issues of common concern like future exchanges between the two institutes.
