Mr. Zhu Rui, Secretary General of the CPAPD met with Ms. Deborah Rosenblum and her colleague Mr. Page Stoutland on the morning of August 23, 2013, exchanging views on issues of nuclear material security, nuclear security and disarmament as well as future exchanges and cooperation between the CPAPD and NTI.
