CPAPD Holds the Fifth China-Europe Scholars' Online Dialogue
On 24 November 2021, the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament held the Fifth China-Europe Scholars' Online Dialogue with its theme as Afghanistan and South Asia jointly with the International Institute for Strategic Studies of the United Kingdom. Scholars from China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), China Institute for International Studies, China Institute for International Strategic Studies (CIISS), Qinghua University, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS)，King’s College (London) and former diplomat at British High Commission in Islamabad attended the event. Mr. Tao Tao & Ms. Chen Xiaohan, both Deputy Secretary Generals of the CPAPD were present. The participating scholars had exchange and discussion on topics related to the issue of Afghanistan and the regional situation in South Asia.
