On the morning of October 12, Mr. Zhu Rui, Sectary General of the CPAPD chaired an informal discussion with U.S. young experts and scholars on arms control and non-proliferation. The two sides exchanged views on issues of international arms control, disarmament, non-proliferation and nuclear security.
