At the invitation of Polish Senate, Latvian Parliament and the National Assembly of Hungary, H.E. Mr. Ma Biao, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Vice President of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD) visited Poland, Latvia and Hungary as head of the CPAPD delegation from 4th to 13th September, 2017.

During the stay in Poland, Mr. Ma met respectively with the Senator Mr. Stanisław Karczewski, depury president of Senate Mr. Michal Sewerynski. The delegation also had discussions and exchanges with Mr. Grzegorz Czelej representatives from Senate. Mr. Ma also attended and delivered a speech to 2017 Commemoration of International Day of Peace, co-organized by Poland House Civic Association and CPAPD in Warsaw.

During the stay in Latvia, Mr. Ma met with deputy speaker of the parliament Mr.Gundars Daudze, Vice Chairman of Latvian Committee of Parliament Assembly of Council of Europe Mr.Andris Bērziņš,. The delegation also visited Latvian Institute of International Affairs.

During the stay in Hungary, Mr. Ma met with executive Vice Chairman of the Parliament Ms.Matrai Marta and Ms. Nemeth Zsolr, President of Foreign Council in Parliament. The delegation also held a discussion with Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade.
