On 6 September 2021, the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament held the first China-Europe Scholars' Online Dialogue jointly with the Schiller Institute Sweden. Scholars from the Schiller Institute International, China Academy of Social Sciences, China Institute of International Studies, China Institute of Contemporary International Relations and Fudan University and representatives from the organizers attended the event. Mr. Tao Tao, Deputy Secretary General of the CPAPD was present and made a speech at the Dialogue. The participating scholars conducted in-depth discussions on the current China-EU relations and the situation in Afghanistan.
