A CPAPD delegation headed by Secretary General An Yuejun visited the DPRK from July 15 to 19, 2019.

In the DPRK, the delegation had discussions with Mr. Kang Mun Ryol, Vice Chairman of the Korean National Peace Committee (KNPC) and Mr. Kim Chun Chol, Secretary General of the KNPC, Disarmament and Peace Institute affiliated to the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK and Institute of International Studies respectively. It also visited the Old Residence of Kim Il Sung, Juche Thought Tower, Science and Technology Hall, paid inspections to some other public institutions like Pyongyang Teachers’ Training University，Pyongyang Cosmetics Factory，Jiangquan Vegetable Cooperative Farm，as well as their respect to China-DPRK Friendship Tower in Pyongyang and the Martyrs’ Cemetery of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army in Kaesong.
