The CPAPD held China-UK Scholars (Virtual) Workshop

On May 7th and 18th, the CPAPD held two China-UK scholars (virtual) workshops with the theme of " Youth Insight: A World in Change " by covering three topics: "Strategic Security Situation and Trend", "Historical experience and enlightenment" and "Youth mission and responsibility ". Over 30 delegates from the IISS, RUSI, Saferworld, Bradford University, King’s College, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Society for Anglo-China Understanding, as well as China Institute of Contemporary International Relations, China Institute of International Studies and University of International Relations and the CPAPD attended the dialogue. Mr. An Yuejun, Secretary General of the CPAPD gave an opening remarks. Minister Mr. Ma Hui from the Embassy of China in the UK delivered a keynote speech. Ms. Chen Xiaohan, Deputy Secretary General of the CPAPD moderated the discussion and gave a concluding remarks. Scholars from both sides had an in-depth exchanges.
