CPAPD Deputy Secretary General Chen Huaifan Meets with Deputy Director of IHEDN
On June 27th, 2014, CPAPD Deputy Secretary General Ms. Chen Huaifan met with the visiting Prof. Jean Jacques Roche, Deputy Director of the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN). The two sides exchanged views on mutual exchanges and cooperation between the two organizations.
