The CPAPD Jointly Holds Webinar with the Canadian Peace Congress
On 15th May, the CPAPD jointly held a Webinar with the Canadian Peace Congress with the theme of “Pandemic: Xenophobia, Imperialism and the new Cold War”, inviting representatives of civil organizations and the media from the U.S., the U.K. and Canada. The Deputy Secretary-General, Dr. Tao Tao participated in this event and delivered a keynote speech, in which he introduced China’s experience in curbing the disease and contribution towards global anti-epidemic cooperation. All parties also held in-depth discussion on topics such as China’s epidemic containment achievements, the COVID-19 influence on international situation etc.
