New Zealand scholars visit CPAPD
Hon. Matthew Robson, former Minister of Disarmament, New Zealand and Dr. Tim Beal, Professor of Victoria University of Wellington, visited CPAPD and had a meeting with Mr. Niu Qiang, CPAPD Secretary General. They exchanged views on the international security issues, particularly the nuclear security issues in Northeast Asia.
