At the invitation of the Assembly of the Portugal, the CPAPD delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Ma Biao, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and President of the CPAPD visited Portugal from April 16^th to 19^th. Mr. Ma met with the President of the Assembly Mr. Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues; held discussions with Vice President of the Assembly Ms. Teresa Caeiro and Porgugal-China Parliamentarians’ Friendship Group. The CPAPD and Chinese Embassy in Portugal co-organized a seminar themed by “Strengthen People-to-people Exchanges, Jointly Promote Belt & Road Initiative”. Mr. Ma attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. The delegation also met with experts from the League of Portugal-China Lasting Friendship, Amigos Da Nova Rota Da Seda and Portugal Council for Peace and Cooperation.
