At the invitation of Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the CPAPD delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Ma Biao, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and President of the CPAPD visited Czech from April 13^th to 16^th. Mr. Ma met with the Speaker of Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament Mr. Radek Vondráček; held discussions with First Deputy Speaker and President of Czech-China Parliamentarians’ Friendship Group Mr. Vojtěch Filip, First Deputy Leader of Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (Czech: KSCM) Mr. Petr Šimůnek and Governor of the South Bohemia Region Governor Ms. Ivana Straska. The delegation also exchanged views with experts from Czech Academy of Sciences, Charles University and Association for International Affairs.
