CPAPD Delegation Visits the USA and Canada
A 4-member CPAPD Delegation headed by Secretary General Mr. An Yuejun visited the USA and Canada from 3rd to 10th December, 2017.
During the stay in the USA, the delegation met with Mr. Marc Dorel, Acting Head of the NGO Section of the ECOSOC Department and Mr. Tomlinson, Quaker UN Representative and Director, and had discussions with experts and friends from the Stimson Center, United States Institute of Peace, American Friends Service Committee Washington Office and the Atlantic Council.
In Canada, the delegation met respectively with Mr. Geng Tan, Member of Parliament and Co-Chairman of Canada-China Legislative Association, Mr. Robertson, Vice President of Canadian Global Affairs Institute, Mr. Figueroa, President of Canadian Peace Congress, Mr. Mckee, Head of Communist Party of Canada (Ontario) and leaders of Foreign Policy Bureau and North Asia Bureau in Global Affairs Canada and Munk School of Global Affairs in University of Toronto.
