On March 24, Yan Yinghua, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), met with David Harland, Executive Director of the Henry Dunant Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD). The two sides had exchanges over international hotspot issues, and the cooperation between the CPAPD and the HD.
