On January 23, Yan Yinghua, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), met with Anton Khlopkov, Director of the Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS). The two sides had exchanges over international and regional hotspot issues, global strategic stability, and the cooperation between the CPAPD and the CENESS.
