The Delegation of the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity Visits China
At the invitation by the CPAPD, a six-member delegation from the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity headed by its President Mr. Khamphan Simmalavong visited China from December 15 to December 19, 2014. In Beijing, Mr. Ma Biao, Vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and CPAPD Vice-president met with the delegation, and Mr. Zhu Rui, Secretary General of the CPAPD held a work discussion. Besides Beijing, the delegation also visited Nanning, Capital City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Leader of the People's Congress of the Region met with the delegation. The delegation visited the Olympic facilities in Beijing and the Nanning New & High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Guangxi.
