Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council Delegation Visited China
Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council (NPSC) sent a 7-member delegation, headed by its Coordinator Mr. Rabindra Adhikari to visit China from June 21 to 28 at the invitation of the CPAPD. The delegation visited Lahsa, Beijing and Tianjin. In Lahsa, the delegation met with officials from the Development and Reform Commission, Department of Commerce, Department of Agriculture and Foreign Affairs Office on the Tibet Autonomous Region, discussing trade and economic cooperation between the Region and the border areas of Nepal, people to people friendly exchanges, and etc. In Beijing, Mr. Mao Rubai, Senior Advisor to the CPAPD, and Mr. He Jun, Vice President of the CPAPD met with the delegation respectively. The delegation also paid a field study to Tianjin doing research on the latest development and urban planning and construction of the city.
