·Major General Myagmar, the Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies, the National Security Council of Mongolia visited Beijing from 29 Sep. to 4 Oct.

·Mr. Liu Jingqin, the Vice President of the CPAPD chaired a discussion with a delegation of teh All India Peace and Solidarity Organization in Beijing, on August 24.

·Mr. He Jun, Vice President of the CPAPD met with Mr. Kazybek Shaikh, Executive Director of the Found of Peace of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

·A CPAPD delegation, headed by Mr. Wang Changyong, Deputy Secretary General of the CPAPD attended the 2006 World Conference Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs in Hiroshima, Japan.

·A CPAPD delegation, headed by Mr. He Jun, vice president of the CPAPD, visited Mongolia, Russia and Kazakhstan from June 26 to July 8.

·From June 23 to 28, Mr. Niu Qiang, secretary general of the CPAPD and Mr. Hou Hongyu, researche fellow attended the 2006 World Peace Forum, which was hold in Canada, and then visited the United States from June 29 to July 5.

·At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament, a delegation of the Japan Peace Committee paid a friendly visit to China from May 23 to 28， 2006.

·At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament, a delegation of the Alliance for Peace in Romania paid a friendly visit to China from May 20 to 25， 2006.

·At the invitation of the Ethiopian International Institute for Peace and Development and the Zimbabwean Institute for International Affairs, Mme. He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the standing committee of the Chinese National People's Congress and the President of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament, heading a delegation of the CPAPD, visited Ethiopia and Zimbabwe from 12 to 17, April.

·From 25 to 28, April, Mr. Niu Qiang, secretary general of the CPAPD and Mr. Hou Hongyu, researche fellow attended International Conference on Iran's Nuclear Energy Program: Policies and Prospects, which was hold in Tehran.

·On April 13, Mr. Jaeho Hwang, associate research fellow of Center for Security and Strategy, Korea Institute for Defense Analyses paid a visit to the CPAPD office.

·On April 12, Mr. Bernardo Mariani, international transfer controls co-ordinator of the Saferworld paid a visit to the CPAPD office.

·At the invitation of the All India Peace and Solidarity Organization (AIPSO), a 6-member delegation headed by Mr. Liu Jingqin, the vice-president of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), paid a good-will visit to India from 7 to 14, March 2006.

·A roundtable seminar on Threats to Security in a Multipolar World: Global Chanllenges and Global Solution" was hold jointly by the CPAPD and the Oxford Research Group from Nov. 28 to 29, 2005, Beijing.

·A delegation of the Foundation of Peace of Republic of Kazakhstan visited China from Oct. 10 to 14, 2005.

·A delegation of the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity Visited China from August 24 to 31.

·The 6th China Penglai"Ode to Peace" International Youth Cultural and Artistic Festival was held from August 20 to 24.
