China NGO Network for International Exchanges is a national non-profit-making social organization with independent body corporate status. It is composed of national NGOs and personages from various social fields related to peace and development, science and technology, culture and education, medical and health care, resources and environment, human rights protection, poverty alleviation and disability assistance as well as women and youth affairs, who have the capacity to conduct international exchanges and to participate in
international NGO activities.

The aim of CHINANGO is to facilitate and promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and international NGOs by widely associating itself with NGOs and non-governmental personages both home and abroad within the framework of the Constitution and other laws, regulations and state policies of the People’s Republic of China and in line with social morality.
